What is Kalwall?

Kalwall is the most highly insulating diffuse light transmitting system available. The primary component is a translucent structural composite sandwich panel formed by permanently bonding specially formulated fibreglass sheets to a grid core constructed of interlocked thermally-broken aluminium I-beams.

The panels are factory pre-fabricated to the exact size and configuration for each project. A typical single Kalwall Panel can be flat or curved giving total flexibility for both walls and roofs using the systems integral clamp-tite installation system.

Standard panels are either 1200mm or 1500mm wide with length to suit, up to 4.5m (4m for vertikal).

Other widths up to 1500mm but non-standard widths attract a premium.

Internal Grids up to 300 x 600mm (Shoji), or 600 x 300mm (Reverse Shoji), square grids 300 x 300mm (Tuckerman), 300mm for Vertikal.

Note: Kalwall+Nanogel panel dimensions are limited to maximum sizes of: 1200 x 3600mm or 1500 x 3600mm.
